We waited at the Old Man's traverse ledge for a while. A group of Polish climbers were ahead of us on the ledge. A few of them seemed pretty inexperienced. What worked out great for us though was they tied their 2 ropes together so we could do the final 140 foot rapell in one swoop instead of two. Loved that. Especially because it was pitch black out at this point. |
